For your own comfort we suggest you bring the following items. While our resources are limited,
should you be unable to obtain these articles, every effort will be made to ensure you have the necessary basics.

Personal Hygiene Kit
- 2 Towels
- Shaving Gear
- Soap
- Shampoo
- Toothbrush/Toothpaste
Weather appropriate clothing including:
- Long Pants (must be worn in all main buildings & group rooms)
- Shoes & Socks (must be worn in all main buildings & group rooms)
- Raingear (for walking back & forth to meetings)
Other
- Journal
- Phone Card, for long distance calls
- Loonies for the Washers/Dryers
- Soap Powder or Liquid Detergent
- While we provide a pillow, you can bring your own if you choose
The following is not permitted at CVRC
Clothing advertising alcohol, bars, clubs etc., are not permitted at CVRC.
Mouthwash or aftershave containing alcohol is not permitted at CVRC.
All electronics, i.e.) cell phones, iPods, laptops, etc., and videos and DVDs are not permitted at CVRC.
Pornographic materials are not permitted at CVRC.
